AT&T: What I Used to Do Every Day

Yeah, I know. You’re only supposed to show your “best” stuff. But I bring the same effort to the “everyday” stuff, too. Here’s a good example.

New customers usually get three months of special attention before they become “current customers”. AT&T asked us to create a year-long program, an “Extended Honeymoon”, that will keep new customers feeling special.
