In response to the communications tangle that hampered rescue efforts on September 11th, AT&T created FirstNet, a channel dedicated exclusively to first responder traffic.

On the 20th anniversary, we were asked to commemorate the day, show solidarity with the first responder community – and avoid anything that sounded like a sell.
