Making the case for large donations is uphill work. The first piece made the case for Forest Park with a blend of hard figures and the real, human stories that have happened there for well over a century. The Case Study that follows it, while retaining some of that romance, is more financially focused.

The Study appears in typescript because, alas, it was never published. Still, both pieces are fair samples of my abilities as a persuasive long-form writer.
